Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and responsible stewardship of resources.
We have our own sawmill in Asturias, giving us direct and constant access to premium Spanish and French oak. This proximity to the raw material allows us to carry out a rigorous selection and a carefully controlled natural drying, adapted to the characteristics of each wood.
In addition, continuous investment in latest-generation machinery helps us optimise the use of resources and improve efficiency at every stage of the process.

Innovation is part of the way we work. We invest constantly in machinery, technology and process improvement to guarantee precision, efficiency and homogeneous quality, both in the cooperage and in oenological control.
This technological development coexists with artisan knowledge and manual supervision, essential to maintaining excellence in every cask. The combination of experience and innovation allows us to tackle complex processes with greater confidence and to optimise the use of wood, wine and the rest of the raw materials.

Every cask undergoes thorough quality control at different stages of the process. Checks are carried out before seasoning, during the process — detecting any porous staves — and a final inspection before dispatch, ensuring the reliability and consistency of the final product.
Wine quality control is equally constant across all our facilities. Our own laboratory allows us to monitor the state and evolution of the wines used in seasoning, guaranteeing their correct interaction with the wood and the consistency of each barrel.

We see sustainability as a responsibility built into the way we work. We apply a policy of making full use of our resources, giving materials a second life and keeping waste to an absolute minimum.
Our vertical integration allows us to manage every stage of the process with greater control and versatility, supporting a more efficient and responsible use of wood, wine and all other raw materials.

Our commitment to quality and the responsible management of resources is backed by certifications awarded by official bodies. These standards guarantee the traceability of our processes, continuous control at our facilities and the sustainable management of wood and wine, from the origin of the raw material to the final product.
